Psychologist and Therapy in Kent
We offer a range of assessments and therapy for individuals in need
Therapy for Children and Young People
As parents, we want our children to feel confident, happy, and able to navigate life’s challenges. Sometimes though, children and teenagers may find themselves struggling with anxiety, low mood, difficult experiences, or challenges at school and in friendships. At Oasis Psychological Services, we offer child therapy to support families through these times. Our clinicians work closely with parents and carers to understand each child’s needs. In a safe and supportive space, our therapy helps young people develop coping skills and strengthen emotional wellbeing, ensuring they feel truly understood throughout the process.
ADHD Assessments for Children and Adults
Understanding whether ADHD may be affecting your child or yourself can feel daunting. At Oasis Psychological Services, we offer child ADHD assessments and private ADHD assessments for adults, guiding families and individuals through each step, from initial referral to feedback and personalised recommendations. Our clinicians focus on making sure children and adults feel heard, while parents and individuals gain clear insight into how ADHD traits shape everyday life.
For children, assessments look at attention, activity levels, emotional regulation, and functioning across home and school, with parents and carers actively involved throughout. Adult assessments explore developmental history, current challenges, and the impact of ADHD on work, relationships, and wellbeing. Every assessment follows NICE guidance and uses diagnostic tools recognised by schools and the NHS, providing clarity and practical next steps for support.

Testimonials
I have been treated by Floriana for nearly 4 years and I can honestly say that out of all the mental health professionals that I have visited, she is the only one who has consistently and effectively helped me through the difficult times. I went to her with crippling social anxiety and left with a completely re-wired brain. I had her support during my lowest times and she was the one to diagnose me with ASD which has completely changed me for the better.
I finally feel that I can move on with my life with the appropriate support and I know that I now have a better skill set to deal with psychological issues than most other people my age. She has a gift at helping people get better whilst respecting their privacy and autonomy which I find absolutely essential.
She is the only professional that has given me the right to control my own situation allowing me to trust her much more than I've trusted any other doctor and for that, I'd like to say thank you.

Dr Floriana Reinikis has been a ‘lifeline’ in helping to support my teenage son at a point in his life when no one else was able or had the skills to help him with his extreme anxiety, lack of self-esteem and social communication difficulties. Floriana has tuned into my son's needs and built up a trusting rapport with him over the past year through her dedicated programme of CBT to help him better understand and deal with the challenges he faces on a daily basis.
I would not hesitate to recommend Floriana to anyone who needs specialist support for themselves or a loved one in dealing with how their thoughts, feelings and behaviours may negatively impact upon their daily lives.
I’m glad to say that through exploring his difficulties my son and our family have acquired a deeper understanding of the underlying complexities surrounding anxiety and thanks to Floriana we are all finally moving positively forwards together.

My Daughter has been suffering from anxiety, panic attacks, low mood and chronic pain resulting in her being unable to leave the house. Despite numerous trips to doctors, specialists, consultants, clinical psychologists absolutely nothing made any difference.
I was recommended Floriana Reinikis through a mutual contact and my daughter has been seeing her for around 3 months. She has made significant improvements and although we are not completely out of the woods, we feel positive and hopeful for the future. I cannot recommend Floriana highly enough, she has changed our lives and my Daughter is happier and functioning better than she has in a very long time.
(Mrs C)
I have worked with Dr Reinikis for over two years, originally in her roll at CAHMS and luckily now as our school Clinical Phycologist. In that time we have called upon her expertise for a wide range on needs, being experienced by our student population.
From long term school refusal to staff training on how to work with individual needs i.e. ASD. Her flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude has made her an invaluable member of our team, be it as completing direct work 1:1 with student’s, or advising staff on how best approach parents, students or colleagues alike.
